IRCON is an annual conference focused on cyber security incident notification and responses. The conference was held by TWCSIRT with the collaborations of TWCERT/CC, TWNCERT, and TM-CSIRT(TrendMicro). During the conference TWCERT/CC gave two lectures, “the new challenge of Internet- a malware era is coming”and “to initiate the cyber security collaborative defense at all aspects: the new perspective of cyber security notifications from the civil society”.
