To establish the international collective mechanism of cyber defense, TWCERT/CC signed the memorandum with TEAM CYMRU, an organization learned malicious Internet behavior since 1998, to share cyber intelligence hence to disclose and diminish malicious links from Taiwan and maintain the safety and reliability of cyberspace.
