Types of personal information: Personal case(C001).
Duration, territory, target, and method of personal information uses:
Duration: Until the purposes of collection prescribed above is fulfilled.
Territory: The Republic of China and international transfer within legal use.
Target: TWCERT/CC will use such personal information independently or provide such personal information to the competent authorities or other third parties required by the law.
Method: TWCERT/CC will collect, process, and use your personal information through digital files or paper data.

Rights and methods exercised by the client: You may exercise your rights under Article 3 of the Personal Information Protection Act in person by bringing your personal identification documents to TWCERT/CC. These rights include
inquiry and request of personal information review;
request of duplicating personal information;
request of supplementing or correcting personal information;
request of discontinuation of collection, processing, or use of personal information; and
request of personal information deletion. However, personal information will not be deleted when there is a business need, when the specific purpose of collection continues to exist, ; or before the retention expires.

Impact on the rights and benefits of the client refusing to provide personal information: If you are unable to provide personal information above , we can not reply to your question.
